Meadow Glen

A 300 Lot 3 Phase job, our contract included all onsite underground utilities, rock, curb and paving. The Offsite work included two Penn DOT Permits which highlighted a storm sewer construction and a box culvert extension, full depth paving restoration and widening and full width milling and overlay.

Meadows at Skippack

A 125 Lot, 2 Phase job. The contract included all excavation and utility work. The major parts of the job included two Penn DOT widenings, 27 Foot Deep Sanitary Sewer Install, Redesign of the sanitary to eliminate Grinder Pumps and a 120lf Box Culvert.

Heatherwood

A 30 Lot project, located in East Norriton, PA, included offsite renovation of the storm sewer to allow for basin outflow. David Erb Contractors' contract included all underground utilities and excavation, including a 10,000cy import.

Weber Tract

This 11 Lot Subdivision located in Lower Gwynedd, PA was an extension of an existing subdivision. Keeping the site clean and safe at all time was of utmost importance, including deliveries in and out of this site. This job had a ten foot deep Underground detention basin in solid rock. We used hydraulic hammer mounted on an excavator to perform the necessary cut.

Blue Bell Inn Parking Lot Renovation

A well known area restaurant before the Holiday Season, this project was a busy place. Including shifting traffic patterns and parking areas to accomadate patrons of the restaurant while conducting utility and grading work nearby.

Arbors at Morgan Creek

Located in Quakertown, PA this project included a Double Stream crossing, Pump Station, 13 foot tall, 12,000 SF Retaining Wall and Penn DOT Widening and full width Mill and Overlay.

Site Contractor

Excavation

David Erb Contractors does an array of excavation activities from large site improvement projects to single lot excavation. We power our skilled crews with up to date equipment and technology including our laser guided alignment and GPS. This investment increases production and lowers downtime on our clients' projects.

Crusher

In our geographic region many of the remaining building areas are plagued with costly rock. David Erb Contractor's crushing and screening plant processes unusable rock and creates a wide gradation of stone from 4 to 6 inches fill to screenings. The entire operation is done onsite with DEP permitted, portable machines. Stone can be used onsite for subbase material, utility backfill, and erosion control.

Soil & Erosion Control

David Erb Contractors takes great pride in constructing sites that protect surrounding areas from sediment runoff. Our erosion control crews work closely with our job superintendents to stabilize all completed earth moving activities quickly and manage all ready in place Best Management Practices.

Staffed with a licensed Professional Land Surveyor having over 30 years experience in land surveying, a fully capable survey staff and the most up to date Geodetic Positioning and Robotic survey equipment, David Erb Contractors is able to meet the surveying needs of a variety of clients and projects. From individual tract boundary surveys to the most complex commercial land development, David Erb Contractors provides both a cost and time efficient service in delivering the final product from the initial field survey to final stakeout.
